General Terms of Business (Training)

1.       Registration

          Please send your registration and/or your requests for information to TTI (B. Peter Schulz-Heise) in Michelstadt, Germany.
The registration application must also be sent in a written format (Fax or E-Mail).

2.       Course Date Confirmation

          You will receive a Course Date Confirmation for the requested training course.
This Confirmation is will be valid when payment for the Training Class has arrived at TTI.
If no seats are available in the class date you have requested, we'll suggest an alternative Course Date.

3.       Seminar Cost (Scheduled Training Classes)

  3.1   The charges are per participant plus VAT (German value added tax), and includes the cost of course documentation.

  3.2   After you have been confirmed for a training class, to cancel your participation you must notify TTI (PSH@TTINTL.COM) in writing at least ten (10) days before the start date or a charge of 80% of the Training Cost will apply.

  3.3   The Training Class fee must be paid–in–full 15 days prior to your class date.

  3.4   When you receive your course Date Confirmation you will be billed for the training course

4.       Seminar Cost (Customized Training Classes)

  4.1   The charges are quoted upon request.

  4.2   Classes can be in our Michelstadt facility or, On-Site at your facility.

  4.3   Cancellation of a Customized Training Class, thirty days to 10 days prior the confirmed date, will result in a charge of 10% of the Cost for Training.

  4.4   Cancellation of a Customized Training Class, 10 days or less, prior the confirmed date, will result in a charge of 50% of the Cost for Training.

5.       Copyrights

          The training documentation is for the personal use of the student only.
Duplication of the course documentation is not allowed. All rights are reserved by TTI
(B. Peter Schulz-Heise).
The Software provided during the training is for the use of the student during the class and cannot be removed or copied by the student.
