TTI Link S7 ++

MPI / ProfiBus / PPI to TCP/IP Conversion.
When an S7-200® , S7-300® or S7-400® has to be connected to a PC via Ethernet, the existing method is to use a CP / Communication processor. We offer a better, more flexible, solution: TTI Link S7 ++. If you need to connect your PC via Ethernet to the S7 PLC just use the TTI Link S7 ++. The TTI Link S7 ++ is a very small gateway integrated in a Sub D connector.

TTI USB - MPI / PPI Adapter

The USB-S7 Adaptor MPI® is an USB interface to the MPI® converter for programming software or HMI. The USB-S7 Adaptor MPI®, has a connecting cable which can be plugged directly into the programming socket of the CPU or at any other node in the MPI® network. The housing of the USB-S7 Adaptor MPI has a type “B“ USB socket. The Adaptor can be connected to the PC via the USB cable. The USB-S7 Adaptor MPI® is powered from the PC. The USB-S7 Adaptor MPI® can be used at any node in the MPI® bus. A driver for Windows 98/2000/XP/VISTA and Windows7 is supplied.

TTI USB-S5-Adaptor

This adaptor Interfaces the PC USB Port with the 15 pin AS511 Interface port of the PLC. Our USB S5-PLC Cable is optically isolated. It supports the data transfer rates required by Siemens S5 PLC's. No external power supply is required for S5 for Windows® and STEP®5 V7.16 or higher (Drivers for Windows 2000, XP, Vista and Windows7 are included).

TTI S5-Current Loop Converter

The SMD electronics are located in a solid metal 15 pin Sub-D connector shell. The pin assignment can be used with the following SIMATIC® PLCs: U90, U95, U100, U101, U115, U135, and U155. The PLC must be active and needs to supply the loop current (2 x 20mA). The 9 pin Sub-D connector is plugged into the serial port (COM1 - COM4) of the PC.

TTI Link S5 ++

Recently introduced, the TTI Link S5 ++ is a compact and robust Ethernet-converter that can be used to connect an S5 PLC to a PC directly, via a switch or a hub. The TTI Link S5 ++ is in a 15-pin Sub-D-housing. The protocol used is the standard TCP/IP protocol. The user can benefit from all the advantages of Ethernet, such as remote maintenance via a standard router or VPN-connections (Virtual Private Network). Likewise, a direct connection to the Internet is possible.
All required drivers for the STEP® 5 V7.16 or higher and for S5 for Windows® included.
Operation with S5 HMI devices via RFC1006.
